Tex-Trude, LP has been in business since 1952. It is a privately held business with no debt. It has 3 main divisions operating out of one manufacturing complex; polyethylene blown film, PVC profile extrusion and PVC flexible compounding. The main office, and manufacturing complex are located at 2001 Sheldon Road, Channelview, Texas 77530. This complex is located on 50 acres and has approximately 400m sq. feet under roof

The polyethylene blown film division operates 21 blown film lines and 3 reprocessing lines. The main product lines are as follows:

Our PVC Profile Extrusion division operates 12 mono extrusion lines and 2 co-extrusion lines.  The main products are as follows:

Rigid and flexible PVC extrusion for the window and sliding door industry Rigid and flexible PVC extrusion for the garage door industry Rigid styrene extrusions for the towel bar industry Rigid styrene extrusions for the kite and balloon industry Rigid and flexible PVC extrusions for the shower door industry Rigid, flexible and foamed PVC & polyethylene extrusions for the screened door industry Rigid PVC extrusions for Point of Purchase (POP) Rigid and flexible PVC extrusions for the construction industry Many other custom parts for the various industries

The PVC flexible compounding division operates one large compounding line. This line makes flexible PVC compounds from 55 durometer to 90 durometer. Special low temperature compounds are also available upon request. Standard compound colors are white, gray, black and brown. 

Tex-Trude has approximately 175 employees and in 2008 sales exceeded $50 million. Tex-Trude’s quality products are sold nationwide.
