Glossary of Terms for Polyethylene Bags
Cotton Bale Bag - A multilayer polyethylene bag that is oil, moisture, grease and dust resistant used for the packaging and protection of cotton bale products. Polyethylene cotton bale bags produced by Tex-Trude are approved by the National Cotton Council.
Gaylord Liner - Tear and moisture resistant polyethylene bags used to line the inside of boxes and containers of all sizes.
Polyethylene - A thermoplastic long chain polymer produced by combining the ingredient monomer ethylene.
Roll Off Liner - Form fitting polyethylene sheeting used to line roll-off containers and dumpsters to prevent leakage.
Shrink Bag - A bag made from polymer plastic film that when heated in a heat tunnel or with a hand held heat gun shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering.
Xtreme - Registered trade name for heavy duty polyethylene bag products manufactured by Tex-Trude, LP.
